Условия доставки
We offer delivery to all regions of the UAE: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Al Ain, Ras Al Khaimah, Ajman, and Um Al Quwain. We are aiming to make the ordering process as quick, safe and comfortable as possible.
We work with reliable couriers’ partners: Nas Express, Postaplus, Shipa, Aramex, and others. Also, we have our own fleet.
Delivery Time
If the item is in stock, we will deliver it within 4-7 working days. After placing and paying for the order the courier partner should contact the customer and communicate the scheduled time range.
Orders may be delayed during peak hours, public and religious holidays, due to delays in verifying information. We try to warn you of delays, so you can plan your business with confidence.
To receive the order, the customer should have his valid ID (copy/picture) to verify identity. We need this to make sure the order is delivered to the rightful owner. Otherwise, we reserve the right to refuse delivery and cancel the order.
The courier will attempt to deliver the order 3 times before it is returned back to our warehouse.
If the delivery failed due to incorrect information (incomplete address, wrong phone number, etc.), the customer should pay extra cost for re-delivery.

Prices

Shipping charges are calculated on checkout page based on the order value placed at Chefclick.ae.
The customer should pay the full price of the order upon delivery. It is not possible to pay for the order by card or cash to the courier.
Additional charges may apply for the delivery of heavy items. In this case, our team will contact the customer before the shipment.
Orders over AED 300-1,500 are shipped for free.
Tracking
Once the order is shipped from our warehouse, we will send an email or SMS notification with tracking information. The customer can also track the order in the «My Account» section of chefclick.ae
Canceling
If you want to cancel your order, please contact us via email sales@chefclick.ae / Whatsapp / phone.
However, items that have already been packed and ready to be shipped will be dealt with as a return.
Changing the shipping address
The shipping address can be changed while the order is not shipped yet — it is in confirmation status or awaiting shipment.
For changing the delivery address, please, send us your order number and correct information by email sales@chefclick.ae / Whatsapp / phone.
In case of missing or damaged items

If the item is damaged, you have 7 days from receipt to report the problem. After this period, Chefclick is not responsible for damaged goods.
